چکیده

The research aimed to find effect of maceration time on antioxidant activity mundu leaf extract and know the best with highest extract. This study used a completely randomized design treatment 6 level: 12 hours, 24 36 48 ??hours, 60 72 hours. experiment was repeated in three replication, so that 18 experimental units were obtained. variabels observed ware extraction yield, total tannin, flavonoids, phenol, activity. data obtained analyzed by ANOVA if had significant followed Duncan test. result showed has treathment hours yield 24.67 %, tannin 133.04 mg.TAE/g, flavonoids 364.36 mg.QE/g, phenol 143.82 mg.GAE/g, 86.89 % IC50 47.45 mg/L.
